Service scope

Bangsy lets you compare a possible hairstyle on your own photo. Choose from the styles available in the tool. Purchases are currently unavailable.

An AI preview is a visual reference. It is not a professional diagnosis, a guaranteed flattering haircut, or a promise that a stylist can reproduce the image. AI may change features beyond the hair. Compare the result with your original and discuss actual growth, texture, density, and maintenance with your stylist.

Photos and accounts

Upload only photos you are entitled to use and share for this purpose. Keep your account credentials private. Do not attempt to access other users' files, bypass limits, or interfere with the service. The original used for comparison is the processed upload described in the Privacy Notice.

Image packages when sales open

The planned offers are one-time purchases of 10 successful images for US$2.99 or 30 successful images for US$7.99. They are not subscriptions. The checkout must show the applicable total and any tax before payment. Unused paid image units do not expire and apply only to this site's supported presets; they are not shared with other products. No free personal AI generation is included as a commercial entitlement.

Each explicit generation reserves one available unit. One successfully delivered image consumes one unit. A confirmed technical failure releases that reservation. If provider acceptance is unknown, the reservation remains pending while the original task is checked; recovery does not create a new generation. Uploading, reopening a result, comparing, downloading again, and creating a reference PNG from existing images do not consume new image units.

A reference PNG combines your available original and up to two selected valid results, preset names, an AI-reference notice, and an optional question you write. It does not call the model and is not a diagnostic report or an additional paid product.

File availability

Originals and results have separate 24-hour file expiry periods as described in the Privacy Notice. Download images you want to retain. Image expiry does not cancel unused paid units or remove the transaction ledger. If the original has expired while a result remains valid, the result can still be downloaded; comparison or reference export may no longer be available.

Refunds and delivery problems

Within seven calendar days after payment, you may request a cash refund for that order's unused paid image units, in proportion to the amount paid. Refund eligibility is assessed against that order's own grant, and reserved or already consumed units are not treated as unused available units. Eligible units are frozen while a refund is pending; a confirmed failed refund restores them. An uncertain provider response remains pending until reconciled so the same amount is not refunded twice.

Contact support about damaged files, missing delivery, wrong charges, or an objective preset failure. Subjective dislike does not automatically grant unlimited free regenerations. A payment dispute or a refund made outside the application may freeze that order's remaining units for reconciliation. These service rules do not remove any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Contact and updates

Material changes should be described before a new purchase; an update must not silently remove existing paid units. Contact the operator about account closure or questions concerning these terms.
